Odile is a Professional Certified Coach, PCC, with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is the former President of the ICF Miami Chapter. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with IPEC Coaching. Odile is a frequent guest lecturer at the University of Miami, where she teaches Leadership to undergraduate and graduate students. She is a speaker at the HR Career Development Day Conference for GMSHRM and Florida International University. In 2016, she delivered a talk to 150 managers of major retail industry firms in the US on the topic : “How to switch from a successful doer to a successful leader”. She holds an MBA and a Master of International Economics. She was born and raised in Paris and has a French-American citizenship.

Odile's approach

Odile's specialties include situational leadership, public speaking, selling ideas, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, listening skills, team building and empowerment. One of her coaching niches includes working with introverted executives to help them forge strong connections with their peers and direct reports. She has developed and delivered many training programs and tools in these areas and uses this with her coaching clients.

She is a masterful trainer, with a very engaging style, who trains-the-trainers. She uses her expertise in training to help executives improve their leadership effectiveness by teaching them specific skills to enhance their performance. Odile also works with executives to identify and leverage their natural talents in order to maximize their contribution to their company's goals and objectives.

She brings a variety of assessments to her coaching including: Profile XT, Situational Leadership, 360 and DISC.

Odile's story

Before she became a coach, Odile worked over eighteen years as an executive in international groups in Paris. For seven years she was the Director of Internal Communications at Credit Agricole CIB-Calyon, the corporate and investment bank of the French retail bank Credit Agricole, with 18,000 employees worldwide. Her role at Calyon was to facilitate change and build a unified culture in close collaboration with the HR department. In this role, she coached the executive team and helped clarify their strategic message. Prior to this experience, Odile worked for many years as executive in marketing and sales. This is where she honed her ability to persuade, influence and sell both products and ideas.
